Summary/Abstract: This study remarks on the ‘repair' of vessels, a practice little-known in Romanian Eneolithic research. The vessels were discovered in a burnt dwelling belonging to the Gumelnita B1 layer at the 'Măgurice' tell settlement, Vităneşti, Teleorman County. Two of the analyzed vessels belong to the inventory of dwelling L.15. They were found together with other special finds including a gold pendant and an anthropomorphic vessel. This combination of finds highlights the context in which the vessels were ‘repaired' and offers more information on the purpose of this practice.
