Summary/Abstract: The dialect of the village of Vrabnik, Albania, is a typical Southwest Bulgarian dialect. It is situated in a geographic region between Greece and Albania, where the East Bulgarian vocal consonant gradually diminishes and transforms in weaker West Bulgarian dialect.
