Summary/Abstract: In this study, biogas production has been investigated experimentally from Turkey's main most agricultural wastes (wheat straw waste (WSW), barley straw waste (BSW) and rye straw waste (RSW). These wastes were mixed in equal parts. Biogas production was investigated by inoculation of these mixed agricultural wastes (AW) with cattle manure (CM). The anaerobic fermentation temperature is provided by sub-heating at 35 ° C. The total solids ratio is taken as 8%. C/N ratios of all TA and SG were determined by elemental analysis device. The mass to substrate (S) / inoculum (I) ratios in the anaerobic fermentation reactor were set to 5: 1, 4: 1, 3: 1, 2: 1, 1: 1, 0: 1, respectively. The highest biogas formation was found in the 2: 1 reactor as 211 ml biogas / g solid matter. The anaerobic process was followed by chemical oxygen demand (COD) determinations. Total COD removal for the reactor with TA: SG mass 2:1 was found to be 55.2
