Summary/Abstract: Dr. Alexander Nedyalkov is the governor of Varna Marine Children's State Sanatorium Regina Eleonora for the period 1924-1939. Since 1925, he specializes in the establishment of a major marine healing institute for the treatment of bone-tuberculosis. Dr. Nedyalkov's main contributions are in the system approach to the construction, organization and operation of the Marine Sanatorium; refinement of the healing factors of the Black Sea coastal climate; the complex method of treating tuberculosis; use of the healing effect of mud treatment and development of the methods for its application.
