Summary/Abstract: The article begins by giving an overview of the Chinese perspective and then goes onto analyze various elements of the 2001 UNESCO Convention. It then explores potential amendments that would be needed in the relevant Chinese domestic legislation. Basically, the authors present a review of existing international documentation and then they consider their domestic case.
