Summary/Abstract: The paper is focused on television direct sport broadcasting of ice hockey during the Ice Hockey World Championships as a media sports event in Slovak public television RTVS. It analyses the television trailer of Ice Hockey World Championships in 2011 – 2018. The main goal of the paper is to present and describe emotional structures that enhance the intensity of experience of media sports programme in relation to the target audience.
