Summary/Abstract: This paper indicates the problematic aspects of new challenges in conditions of action of team employees present in current organizations. It includes chosen aspects present in the process of functioning and management of the multigenerational teams in particular: demographic changes at labour market which resulted among others in simultaneous coexistence near four employees generations (baby boomers, X, Y and Z), emerging chances in their positive using, potential treats for assurance multigenerational cooperation and labour efficiency of age differential teams. The paper is based on literature studies and conducted by the author personal interviews with employees of Lower Silesia companies, includes also other authors` findings associated with presented issue.
