Summary/Abstract: To properly answer the rise of cognitive artificial intelligence in management is managers’ “to be, or not to be”, and that is not the question; managers do want to survive the change of the employment, so the question is rather: what they should do to survive. Rethinking human’s role in the world of brain like computers-driven robots and, by uniting ourselves with them, reshaping the profession as we know it may sound wise, but to figure out exactly what to think and what to do, it is, as always, advised to understand more; even if the issue is strictly technical, it should not be left to specialists alone.
