Summary/Abstract: The article is about compensation responsibility for prenatal injuries also wrongful life and wrongful birth. The study is an attempt to define the concept of harm in the context of the birth of a child and to protect the personal rights of parents in the form of the right to family planning in the event of the birth of a child with a disability. The text also refers to the information obligation of the doctor and medical staff, as well as its scope and method of providing the patient with information about his condition.
