Summary/Abstract: The 21st century is a time of extremely mobile people who constantly change their place of residence and establish private relations, professional, economic with units even on another continent. Also, beyond any doubt, faster pace of life combined with the further expansion of mail order sales and sales services will result in further, expansive growth in the services sector logistics. The aim of the article is to indicate the main opportunities and threats in running own business in the logistics services sector in Poland and to verify whether respondents are satisfied with the quality of services provided by logistics companies in Poland. The article sets out research hypothese was which is formulated as follows: the price of logistic services may be a factor slowing down the rate of public use of logistic services in Poland.
