Summary/Abstract: The intensified pace of global integration, fueled by technological and economicforces, shows us that managers will increasingly have to interact with peoplefrom totally different cultures. Therefore the conviction exists that significant competitiveadvantage can be derived, provided that cultural considerations are adequatelyaddressed. This article describes the contribution of the University of Social Sciences tothe field of intercultural science.
