Summary/Abstract: The article presents the main directions and effects of military education reforms in Poland – in the aspect of functioning and the process of improving national military academies. As part of the description and subsequent exploration of the subject matter, key terms and categories were presented, together with the essence. In terms of functioning and implemented solutions – essential elements, competences, activities and relationships were presented – in systematic approach.
