Summary/Abstract: The paper has theoretical-empirical character and includes identification of factors determining the perception of chances for career in an enterprise. Empirical material from research on the human resource management system in enterprises of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship was analyzed. Econometric modelling (models of quality variable were estimated) were applied in the methodological layer. 2 logit econometric models were estimated.
