Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the article is an analysis of the role and placement of public regional broadcasting stations on the radio market in Poland. The article has an empirical character. The time horizon of the research is 2006–2010. The article presents entities’ structure on the radio market in Poland, market’s strength of entities’ groups and a situation of public regional broadcasting stations in conditions of subscription’s receipts decreasing.
