Summary/Abstract: Social relations are based on trust conducive to the economic development of regions. Family relationships help in building the personnel confidence, which, transferred to the company, promotes its development. Participation in building trust through social relations in the immediate vicinity of the family and the company also has an impact on local community. The goal of the publication is to show how the local community perceives the family businesses and what activities can strengthen public confidence in the companies.
