Summary/Abstract: The topic of these article is to present the essence and activity of scientific circles. The authors focused their attention on the activities of “Progress” scientific circle working by the Poznan University of Technology. In addition, they show a number of benefits that can be achieved from a family company by cooperation with “Progress” scientific circle.
