Summary/Abstract: The aim of the paper is to present the analysis of the family business from medical sector which is present on European market. This subject is very interesting because of rising health care costs, failure of public health care financing and strong competition for private medical services in Europe is pushing the companies towards expansion of medical devices on other markets. The progressive consolidation on the private medical services market increases their value and force them to implement growth plans and internationalization strategies through other forms.
