Summary/Abstract: The main aim of the article is to identify enterpreneurship as a process of changes in the approach and behaviour of the enterpreneurs in family businesses. Due to the fact that enterpreneurship is understood as a process of the implementation of changes, the article raises the issue of the stages of the change to the transformation of the approach in the family businesses. Drawing attention to the question of the approach and behaviour in the family enterprises, at the moment of the initiation and implementation of changes, is by all means right. On the one hand, it allows the optimization of the use of qualified personnel, on the other, it ensures the achievement of effects of the changes connected with the reduction of the number of employees in the enterprise.
