Selected Aspects of the Use of the Gynecological Clinic by Women

Summary/Abstract: Admission: Health services provided in gynecological clinics include caring for a woman at any age. Aim of the job: Evaluation of selected aspects of the use of gynecological clinic by women. Material and method: The study included a group of 150 non-pregnant women. The research was conducted by the diagnostic survey method using a self-generated questionnaire. The results obtained were analyzed statistically. Conclusions: Women with higher education, working professionally and having very good or good economic conditions, are more likely to benefit from gynecological counseling than women with primary or secondary education, non-working and having average economic conditions. The factors that determine the choice of gynecological clinic include: the fact that the doctor was referred by another person, a sense of intimacy, the possibility of telephone registration, the provision of reliable health information.
