Summary/Abstract: Admission. Basic health care is a fundamental part of the health care system. Expectations of patients using gynecological clinics have an impact on the quality of care and the satisfaction of the services provided. Aim of the job. To know the expectations of gynecological clinic patients depending on selected sociodemographic factors. The study included a group of 150 non-pregnant women. The study was conducted by a diagnostic survey using the Patient Expectancy List (PRF) and a self-report questionnaire. The results obtained were analyzed statistically. The expectation of patients during a visit to a gynecological clinic is to obtain information about research and treatment and to explain the disease. Women aged 31–40 years using gynecological clinics have significantly higher expectations than women up to 30 years and over 40 years of age. Education, marital status, place of residence, occupational activity and economic conditions do not meet expectations of patients using gynecological clinics.
