Construction of a Risk Register with Usage of Logistic Audit

Summary/Abstract: This article contains data on how to implement a risk register based on a logistic audit. This article is the first part of the research on enterprise risk logs based on a logistic audit. A diagram of the operation and preparation of logistic audit was presented. The next element is the use of audit data to execute the risk register. The next part of the publication was devoted to the results of the logistic audit and the risk register carried out in the production company.
