Summary/Abstract: In the paper the issue of evaluating outcomes of business negotiations is considered. The objective of the paper is to analyze and characterize the dimensions describing those outcomes and criteria to be applied to asses them. In the introduction the general idea of negotiations and the definition of the process of their evaluation are presented. Then the complex methodological framework for that process is suggested. In the core section of the paper, i.e. within four separate parts the four essential dimensions of negotiations evaluation are characterized as well as the evaluation criteria relevant to those dimensions are listed. In the closing part of the paper the synthesis of discussed issues is placed as well as the directions of subsequent research on negotiations evaluation are pointed out.
