The Succession Management in Planning the Succession of a Family Business

Summary/Abstract: In Poland, work is underway on a new law that allows easy transfer of a one-man family business by way of a decline. The law on succession management is a breakthrough solution for business succession in Poland. We present a practical commentary on the new law project from the perspective of succession consulting and building succession plans. How will the new law work in practice and is it true that it will replace succession planning?
