Summary/Abstract: The article aims to present the role of the Polish competition authority – the President of UOKiK – in protecting the rights of air passengers under Polish law. The paper discusses Polish law that enables the President of UOKiK to take action against air carriers and presents a practical approach to the issue by providing information on current activities described in reports on the inspection of airlines
