Summary/Abstract: Despite of the great interest in knowledge sharing, there are no consentaneous definition and measures of knowledge sharing behaviour concept. The main purposes of this paper are identification of knowledge sharing behaviours dimensions and proposal of measuring then. Author presents a framework of four types of knowledge sharing behaviours and measures for evaluating three of them. The discussion in based on review and analysis of knowledge sharing behaviour measures selected from literature, and survey study among working students. The factor analyses suggest that knowledge sharing by employees is a complex behaviour.
