Summary/Abstract: The paper deals with studyingof a motif, language, but also poetic connection of folklore tradition and modern procedures in the drama by Nastasijević Đurađ Branković. The aim of the paper is to show re-forming of folklore heritage into a completely new artistic expression and to contribute to possible interpretations of the complex and stimulating work of Momčilo Nastasijević.
