Summary/Abstract: The article regards ancillary restraints created by undertakings in the framework of their concentrations. Analyzed in particular is the matter of the most commonly used ancillary restraint – a non-compete clause. The purpose of this article is to analyze non-compete closes and to present proposed changes regarding their regulation and review on the grounds of Polish competition law.
