Summary/Abstract: Scientific literature rarely describes persons childhood role-playing performed in order to achieve sexual pleasure (see AB/DL, ageplay). While analyzing this kind of behavior, other than sexual motivations should be taken into account. A qualitative study based on the analysis of material found on an Internet forum for persons with paraphilic sexual preferences was conducted. The aim of the study was to explore an Internet forum for persons who feel the need to engage in childhood role-playing in order to describe behaviors related to paraphilic infantilism, motivated both sexually and non-sexually. The analysis of the collected material justifies the distinction between persons presenting paraphilic and non-paraphilic infantilism in the AB/DL community.
