Summary/Abstract: The article “The new Anti-Corruption Legislation” presents the preparation, the adoption and the most important provisions of the Anti-Corruption and Forfeiture of Unlawfully Acquired Assets Act. The law codifies the legal framework in the anticorruption sphere and combines the existing bodies into a unified system.
