Summary/Abstract: The interest urges man and his world to action, and some of the effects and products of action, hoarding, become values. Value systems are the ones that have lifted the world to the degree of civilization today. But without action and without the accumulation of new values, the world would be just a museum ... The processus of this world, the world in which we live, although seemingly predictable and, in this sense, cognizable and manageable, is, in fact, complex, predictable and with a huge set of unpredictable transformations, far from balance, generating uncertainties and anxiety, insecurity and, in some areas, a modus vivendi on the edge of a knife ...
