Summary/Abstract: In Purpose of this study is to select the appropriate strategy for the recovery of ski centre Brezovica. In paper will be applied SWOT-AHP method and software Expert Choice which is based on AHP methodology. The management of the ski center is singled out sixteen SWOT factors that will be inserted into the software and then will be performed prioritization. Also, management has defined three strategies for the recovery of the ski center from which should be selected one. The result of the decision making process is the ranking of alternatives.
