Summary/Abstract: One of the great ideals of all times of humanity is to eradicate poverty. The effects of this ideal are ... ideals too. And, maybe, just ideas. Because poverty is a permanent reality of this world, a modus vivendi of it. The world lives, in proportion of 80%, in poverty, because the rich, who are only 20%, holds 80% of the wealth of the world, as the 80% holds only 20%. There has always been that, and maybe there will be forever like that, even in the society of knowledge. Because it's the world. So, if there are no solutions, why are we discussing such a problem? Because, since all times and for all times, such a problem will generate insecurity. And insecurity threatens man, the planet and life.
