Summary/Abstract: The events happen on at least two levels which are at the same time complementary and divergent: one refers to the effects of the past strategic lines and the other to the strategic directions for the future. Between the two levels there is neither perfect match, nor perfect difference. There is only a creative flow and a fruitful discontinuity. Continuity is the strategic environment that runs by itself, the discontinuity is the dagger which strikes sometimes where there is a Gordian knot in order to bring to life and unblock the complicated realities and the aforetime threats.
