Summary/Abstract: Information exchange can facilitate the creation of groups of analysts that can share analysis and guide each other to useful sources of information. Information dissemination function of the process is defined, the exchange of information, but, however, the traditional concept of "need to know" has been replaced. The concept of "need to share" intelligence determined a large number of entitled information holders to act on this information.
