Summary/Abstract: According to European Security Strategy , the security of a state depends on five dimensions (political, military, economic, diplomatic, and security environment) and according to the European Union’s rules its management represents a ‘deliberate process aimed at assessing the risk and implementing the necessary steps to get it to a specific, acceptable level with reasonable costs’.
