Summary/Abstract: The educational process at the beginning of the 21st century is not at all similar to that at the beginning of the 20th century. And this is so simply because the world goes forward, not backward. What this “forward” really means and where it leads us is another topic. The main idea that concerns us here is that of the educational paradigm, along with that of necessity, objectiveness and complexity of changes or the changes that occur in the educational paradigm. However, do we talk about new educational paradigms that are seen as new principles, new forms, new stipulations, new determinations, new waves, new ideas, new constructions, new demands, new systems, new processes or do we have to deal with a progressive stage towards new expectations? Whatever the answer, the educational system remains an endogenous function of the society, a way thorough which it manages to create, to substantiate and honour its own cognitive vocation. How does it join together these stipulations and these determinations?
