Summary/Abstract: Herein text is a self – reflexion of a disabled pedagogue upon the sense of disability. It shows relations between the influence of social ambience, including families and schools, and life and development of people with disabilities. Author shows herein correlations considering foregoing path of development and his own experience and close to him people. Moreover, in an interesting and intriguing way, shows the change of social attitude towards the disability and disabled people starting from ancient Sparta and ending with current times. Furthermore, I appeal for breaking all divisions including mental, social and structural barriers, shutdown of inclusive schools and opening normal ones, normal places without barriers mentioned before taking as an example our west neighbors. It is also worth to mention that herein text has been waiting for 3 years to be published as indicated by footnotes. But it seems that the text did not lose its topicality but on the contrary – it gained some freshness after some corrections. The Author hopes that his voice will be heard as the voice of a man, pedagogue who knows needs and difficulties, the disabled people have to face, from the own experience.
