Summary/Abstract: Payment must be equal for equal work. In the public system, this principle is applied within the same industry, the same or at the same level are possible, however, differences, objective and reasonable grounds, between branches, domains or levels, without discrimination question. Wages can be distinguished by the following criteria: level of education; importance and complexity of work; position, job or profession carried; quantity, quality and value of the work; working conditions which may be harmful or dangerous heavy; seniority.
