Summary/Abstract: The International Criminal Court is the first permanent court with jurisdiction to judge the most serious crimes of concern the entire international community. Under its Statute, the Court has jurisdiction in respect of the following crimes: genocide, crimes against humanity, war crimes and the crime of aggression.By the same Statute was established a general obligation of the partener States to fully cooperate in the investigation and prosecution of crimes within the jurisdiction of the Court, and collaboration with a third State will be at the invitation of the Court, either based on a ad hoc arrangement concluded between the Court and the State on a particular criminal case under the jurisdiction of the Court,or under a permanent agreement between the Court and the State to regulate the terms of cooperation between them.
