Summary/Abstract: Globalization is a multilateral phenomenon that expresses a new state in the world of development. European security environment is a complex phenomenon with important implications in the organization and management of the European continent and its states. Integration is thus a model of building a global society. The consequences of globalization on the organization of vertical crop implies the citizens’ rights. Their role in development and prerogatives claimed the European Parliament and the national parliaments.
