Summary/Abstract: In the environmental area, for the environmental damages commited by illegal acts, but for environmental damage, it has become necessary to establish legal liability.From the point of view of the importance of environmental law, in the international legal literature Legal liability is considered as another way to achieve an agreement on environmental protection and development, particularly regarding legal sanctions applicable in this field. The legal sanctioning of anti-environmental actions, in addition to that natural order, it aims to educate the sanctioned and other citizens to form consciences that ecological environment in general, without which you can not perform complex tasks pollution prevention, remediation and improving environmental conditions.Law establishes rules of conduct on the environment, but also penalties that can intervene in situations where these rules are violated by committing acts harmful to the environment.
