Summary/Abstract: The use of nuclear energy rose the problem of unfolding nuclear activities regulation and the role that international organisations can have in this domain. Therefore, the states have increased colaboration in this field, establishing many international organisation and enacting a lot of conventions. Nevertheless, reality demonstrated that they became ineffective, a omogen nuclear policy being difficult to rich at international level.
