Summary/Abstract: Multiformity is a feature of many institutions of administrative lawand concerns diversity of an organization, forms of administration and its structures.The Act on medical activity allows various organizational forms of medical entities. Their multiform nature affects the system and principles of operation of these entities. The diversity of this type of entities can be assessed positively; however, it is necessary to guarantee implementation of the requirements for the process of providing health services, common to all entities regardless of their organizational form.
