Summary/Abstract: Our research aims at a succinct analysis of the regulatory documents for the young child education in relation to the real life. It is considered unique - its approach is holistic and multidisciplinary. From this vision, the didactic relationship is based on the situational learning and game, in the involvement context of the societal educational factors such as parents, kindergartens and local communities. Our interrogative approach is based on the checklist method that allows the critical mass accumulation of findings and comments and formulating the recommendations to the attention of primary school users. The education of the young child in relation to real life consists of the main external and internal levers assumed for formal, non-formal and informal learning: the legal framework anchored in UNESCO's fundamental human rights documents with the support of UNICEF, curriculum structured on experiential areas Language and communication, Sciences, Human and Society, Aesthetic and Creative, Psychomotric, evaluation, lifelong learning and management for primary education.
