Summary/Abstract: Introduction. The article investigates the problem of training managers in sustainable development management with the main focus on healthcare organizations. The purpose of the article is to explore the international practice of training managers in different industries and to describe the model of training management personnel for a sustainable organization. Materials and Methods. The research methodology is based on general scientific methods of theoretical knowledge, methods of system analysis, comparison and generalization of foreign and Russian studies on the problem of healthcare leadership development and training focused on sustainable development management. Results. The modern specificity of practice-oriented training of managers at the training factory is revealed. The model of training management personnel for the implementation of organizational changes and sustainable development of healthcare organization is described. The author identifies the approaches to training depending on the specifics of the activities in the developing organization. It is noted that the creation of conditions for the professional growth of management personnel in the field of sustainable development will not only facilitate the career growth of employees and reduce the costs associated with staff turnover, but also improve the efficiency of the organization management as a whole. It is emphasized that the training of sustainable development managers will contribute to more effective organizational changes in the healthcare organization, which will lead to improved quality and accessibility of healthcare, as well as the implementation of the strategy for sustainable development of the organization. Conclusions. In conclusion, the author summarizes the main aspects of training leaders of organizations in sustainable development management.
