AN ANALYSIS OF ILLEGAL MIGRATION IN EUROPE USING THE CYNEFIN MATRIX

Summary/Abstract: Migration is a very complex global phenomenon that does not affect only the European Union. Behind the number of migrants, there are people, men, women, and children with names, stories, and hopes. The actions taken by the EU and the policies they implemented have started saving lives and protecting immigrants’ rights. Using new methods of analysis, such as the Cynefin matrix, will help EU leaders to take the best decisions in order to solve the problems raised by the migration phenomenon.
