Documents are in very bad condition andshape, in danger of rapid decaying because of combine work of moisture, rats andrain. Ceiling is in a brink of complete destruction. Documents, which are alreadysignificantly devastated, are held in two inadequate rooms, especially for preservationof archive material. Documents, remained after work of courts of justice in Kikindaare higly important for the history of Kikinda, so Historical Archive Kikinda andCity administration of Kikinda made a deal for salvaging the documents fromit’s inevitable dectruction. Altough the material older than thirty years had to behanded over to Historical Archive, due to the lack of space for adequate placing of documents, Archive had a legitimate reason for not fulfilling that task.
