Summary/Abstract: In article on the basis of the published sources, including the archival materials published on the Internet, it is told about life and activity of the Magtymguly-khan, the son of the Nurberdi-khan whom after death of the father, having occupied its throne, the Turkmen-Teke against the aggressors supervised over the armed struggle, to the fortress which have developed in Gökdepe in 1879 and 1881. After fortress falling became not only to the loyal new authorities, but also promoted capture of the Turkmen earths by Russian colonizers peacefully. Magtymguly-khan Nurberdi-khanov (1854–1924) was the unique deputy-Turkman of the Second State Duma of Russia, the selected works from Zakaspi area in 1907.
