Summary/Abstract: This paper analyses the spatial dynamism of price changes in the housing market in Olsztyn. A geographically-weighted regression was used to examine the relationship between price changes in time and features of properties that describe specific technical and functional parameters. Data from 2007-2015 obtained from RCiWN were used to construct one exponential GWR model as well as separate models for each year under analysis. The results are presented in background maps.
