Summary/Abstract: The text discusses the interaction and blurring of boundaries between the real and the fantastic, resulting from the entry into our daily existence of the technology of augmented reality. Augmented-reality mobile apps may transform the world into a playfield, but this easy access to fairy tale narratives is always accompanied by the banality of everyday life.
